Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the hygiene nature of hijabs, all hijabs are non-refundable once opened and worn.
We only accept returns in the event that an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival or if an incorrect item has been sent. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
Items will only be considered faulty, if there is significant damage or defects that affect the overall wearability of the hijab. Where a return is approved, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issues to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs will only be covered by LAILAH where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
